ATHLETIC YOGA-NEW!: Intense yoga practice designed to create the ultimate physical and mental challenge! The perfect companion for athletes of any sport as well as for all fitness enthusiasts. Develop breathing techniques that will improve performance in other fitness modalities. Improve balance, flexibility, core strength and endurance. Previous yoga experience is suggested. Not for the feint of heart! Expect to be challenged! Bringing a towel & water to class is highly recommended.
Body Burn (formerly Weights, Bands, and Balls): Get ready for a muscular conditioning workout like no other! Using free-weights and resistance bands, this total body conditioning weight training program will tone and define your body. Class targets all muscle groups and combines traditional and functional exercises. You will burn calories, sculpt muscles, and have your body "burning" its way into great shape! Includes a light cardio warm-up and abdominal training at the end of class. Open to all fitness levels.
Family Yoga (Ages 5-105): Experience the joy of yoga at any age. Classes are offered for the low price of $10 per family. No previous experience necessary.
Gentle Yoga: Promotes stronger balance, increased range of motion, mental clarity, peace of mind, and emotional well-being. All levels are invited!
HIP HOP FLOW YOGA, NEW!: Work up a sweat and reconnect to your core as you move to the beat of the music in this fun, vinyasa style flow class! Experience new and exciting postures with options to float, fly and go upside down. Expect to move and “be moved”. Students work to their level and ability. All levels welcome
Indoor Fit-Camp: Full-body workout to melt away pounds. No running required. Each class is unique. Cardio. Strength Training. Stretch. Modifications are demonstrated. Push yourself to your edge. Non-competitive. Lots of work, lots of fun. Get your daily workout completed very early in the morning. No excuses!
Kundalini Yoga: Combines breathing techniques, hand positions (mudras), movements (kriyas) and meditation to balance the physical body and energy systems, bringing all systems into harmony. Yummy for all exp. levels.
Lunar yoga: A Full Moon Practice-NEW!: Flow thru Moon Salutations and heart opening poses under the soothing calm of our candlelit studio! Ease into your weekend and recalibrate with this perfect remedy to a stressful week. Enjoy an extended Savasana. Featuring a variety of “Moon” themed music! Appropriate for all levels. Some previous yoga experience recommended due to the low lighting in the studio. (Once a month; new instructor each month!)
Very Gentle YIN Yoga: Deep stretching of the connective tissues meant to increase range of motion. Suitable for those with limited mobility. Therapeutic for those with MS, arthritis, bigger bodies and other health issues.
Pajama Yoga: Yoga and storiesfor children ages 5-10. (PJ’s or exercise clothing.) This 90 minute Saturday night class is awesome!
Pilates Mat: Classic pilates matwork focusing on cultivating core strength emphasizing proper alignment and movement awareness. May include the use of accessories such as the stability ball, small balls, Pilates ring, and resistance bands.
Pilates Sculpt and Tone: Develops core strength, build lean muscle, and increase flexibility. Combines light weights, ballet toning,core stability and the dynamic flexibility of traditional Pilates. Specifically designed sculpting moves with high reps and low weights will create a tight, toned body! A non-impact mixed level class.

Relax & Renew Yoga: Yoga without strain! A restorative practice using blankets, blocks, straps and/or sandbags. Heal the body, renew the mind and refresh your outlook on life! Open to all fitness levels. Treat your mind and body to this calming and refreshing class.
ROCK ‘N ROLL YOGA-NEW! Yoga rocks! Join us for this upbeat and fun vinyasa flow class that will help you burn calories while increasing flexibility & strength and improving overall health. Motivating music will consist of oldies and contemporary rock songs. This energizing and refreshing class will help you reach your fitness goals. Expect to be challenged!
Total Body Workout: This class will push every muscle in your body and give you a total cardio-workout. Total Body Workout combines traditional exercises, calisthenics, weights, and training drills to focus on developing strength, stamina and agility. Bring water and get ready to transform your body. Yoga with Weights
A challenging practice that integrates the mindfulness of yoga with the physical culture of bodybuilding. Building on the strengths of both disciplines, you will combine breath based yoga postures, held in accurate alignment, while simultaneously working out with lightweight hand-held free weights. Engage your body in a new and exciting way!
Zumba®: A fun fusion of dance and fitness, set to Latin and other international rhythms. An incredible workout that will maximize caloric output and fat burning. Zumba Gold®: This 45 min. class is a fabulous workout for those who seek a lower intensity Zumba. Awesome way to smile and keep your heart healthy at the same time.
Zumba Toning®: This class combines Zumba and light hand weights for toning. Burn fat and sculpt while having fun!
