      “Bring a Friend” Contest!!! (for those with a current 30 or 90-day unlimited pass) $25 cash to person who has brought the most new students (friends, family, coworkers, etc. )to take classes from March 1-31.   (We’ll keep a tally notebook!)

  • Pilates Reformer or Strength Training Duet Lessons: 30 min. = $22 per person     45 min. = $32 per person
    or 10 lesson punchcard (30 min. lessons) = $198. Strength training lessons use a combination of your choice:
reformer, stability ball, weights, resistance tube, jump rope, step, etc. Shake up your routine for best results!
 
  • Intro to Kundalini Yoga Workshop: Sat., March 13th. 3:00 – 5:00pm. Prereg. $17 by March 6. $20 at door.
 
                             Our “unlimited pass” does not include Fit Camp or Kundalini Yoga.
 We proudly keep our class fees low. Please help us avoid debit/credit card fees by using cash or check whenever possible.
