<p>1. Our July schedule is our best one  ever.&nbsp;&nbsp; Enjoy some of your old favorites and mix in a few new  ones!</p>

A) Kickboxing with Michelle is on Monday evenings at 6:15pm.&nbsp;  What an energetic way to start your week!&nbsp;&nbsp; Try one class and you'll be  hooked.</p>
<p>B) Tu. &amp; Th. Mornings:&nbsp;&nbsp; Low Impact Aerobics &amp; Toning.&nbsp;&nbsp;  Lee includes pilates and other fun movements to tone you from head to toe.&nbsp; (How  do you think she gets her amazing abdominals?)&nbsp; Perfect for all fitness  levels.&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent combo of easy-on-the-joints cardio and toning.&nbsp; Each class  is unique.</p>
<p>C) Wednesdays 6:05pm &quot;Bring It On!&quot; class with Julia is full  of surprises.&nbsp;&nbsp; Cardio.&nbsp; Strength.&nbsp; Yummy stretching.&nbsp;&nbsp; Great for weekend  warriors and regular folks too.&nbsp; Push yourself to your personal edge.&nbsp;&nbsp; Gentle  Yoga follows at 7:30pm.</p>
<p>D) We saved the most fun for Friday!&nbsp;&nbsp; &quot;Smile  &amp; Move&quot; with Julia.&nbsp;&nbsp; Yoga, aerobics, and positive affirmations for ages  7-12.&nbsp;&nbsp; Help your child have a healthy heart, learn to relax, and develop a  strong self-esteem.&nbsp; (Did you know we offer FOUR classes for kids/families?&nbsp;  Zumba Kids on Thursdays, Hawaiian Hula on Saturdays, and Family Yoga on  Sunday.)</p>
<p>E) Sign-up for July Outdoor Fitness Intensive is taking place  right now.&nbsp;&nbsp; Class meets at 5:45am on Tu, Th, and Sat mornings.&nbsp; Two days  outside.&nbsp;&nbsp; One day inside.<br />
Lose fat, gain muscle. Great way to have fun,  increase endurance, and hear the birds sing at a &quot;no -excuse&quot; time of day!&nbsp;  (Please note in August this class will meet 15 minutes earlier.)&nbsp; We offer a  &quot;tryout&quot; class.&nbsp; RSVP.&nbsp;&nbsp; 11 classes for $99.&nbsp; Only $70 with a 30 or 90 day  pass.&nbsp; </p>
<p>F)&nbsp; &nbsp; Free Hula Hoop Fitness class!&nbsp;&nbsp; Sunday, July 5th at  11:30am.&nbsp; Enjoy using a weighted hula hoop to tone.&nbsp; If you enjoy the class,  we'll add it to our fall line-up.</p>
<p>G) Our Sunday, July 12th schedule is  online.&nbsp; FREE morning classes.&nbsp; We'd love to have you and your friends/family at  the studio.&nbsp; It's a fantastic way to invite people to get off the couch and feel  good.&nbsp; Thirty minute &quot;right-to-the-point&quot; classes.&nbsp; Please come and support the  studio.&nbsp; We need our Joyful community at the studio for this special morning  with Good Morning Arizona...that means YOU!</p>

<p>Bring a  towel and a bottle of water.&nbsp;&nbsp; No swimming. Full-body &quot;push to your  edge.&quot;<br />
The water is dreamy!&nbsp; No post-workout soreness and increased range of  motion.&nbsp;&nbsp; It's a very therapeutic way to increase shoulder and hip mobility.&nbsp;  It's easy on your back, knees, etc.&nbsp; The water is a perfect temp.&nbsp; Safe for  pregnant women.</p>
<p>2. We are so excited about our Bryce/Zion National Parks  Hiking &amp; Yoga Retreat.&nbsp; (No camping.)&nbsp; Please read all about it on our  website (Seminars page).&nbsp; Only 10 participants.</p>
<p>3. Got yoga?&nbsp; Yes we  do!&nbsp;&nbsp; At all times of the day, seven days a week.&nbsp; Please try different times,  teachers, and&nbsp; intensities.&nbsp; Sometimes you need a gentle class, other times a  more powerful class...mix it up.</p>
<p>4.
