Dear Joyful Friends,
1. Our July schedule is our best one ever. Enjoy some of your old favorites and mix in a few new ones!
A) Kickboxing with Michelle is on Monday evenings at 6:15pm. What an energetic way to start your week! Try one class and you'll be hooked.
B) Tu. & Th. Mornings: Low Impact Aerobics & Toning. Lee includes pilates and other fun movements to tone you from head to toe. (How do you think she gets her amazing abdominals?) Perfect for all fitness levels. Excellent combo of easy-on-the-joints cardio and toning. Each class is unique.
C) Wednesdays 6:05pm "Bring It On!" class with Julia is full of surprises. Cardio. Strength. Yummy stretching. Great for weekend warriors and regular folks too. Push yourself to your personal edge. Gentle Yoga follows at 7:30pm.
D) We saved the most fun for Friday! "Smile & Move" with Julia. Yoga, aerobics, and positive affirmations for ages 7-12. Help your child have a healthy heart, learn to relax, and develop a strong self-esteem. (Did you know we offer FOUR classes for kids/families? Zumba Kids on Thursdays, Hawaiian Hula on Saturdays, and Family Yoga on Sunday.)
E) Sign-up for July Outdoor Fitness Intensive is taking place right now. Class meets at 5:45am on Tu, Th, and Sat mornings. Two days outside. One day inside.
Lose fat, gain muscle. Great way to have fun, increase endurance, and hear the birds sing at a "no -excuse" time of day! (Please note in August this class will meet 15 minutes earlier.) We offer a "tryout" class. RSVP. 11 classes for $99. Only $70 with a 30 or 90 day pass.
F) Free Hula Hoop Fitness class! Sunday, July 5th at 11:30am. Enjoy using a weighted hula hoop to tone. If you enjoy the class, we'll add it to our fall line-up.
G) Our Sunday, July 12th schedule is online. FREE morning classes. We'd love to have you and your friends/family at the studio. It's a fantastic way to invite people to get off the couch and feel good. Thirty minute "right-to-the-point" classes. Please come and support the studio. We need our Joyful community at the studio for this special morning with Good Morning Arizona...that means YOU!
H) Water Fitness class info. Tues, Thurs, Saturday mornings. Address: 3902 W Rene Drive, Chandler. Community pool is right there...near grass field. Arrive early.
Bring a towel and a bottle of water. No swimming. Full-body "push to your edge."
The water is dreamy! No post-workout soreness and increased range of motion. It's a very therapeutic way to increase shoulder and hip mobility. It's easy on your back, knees, etc. The water is a perfect temp. Safe for pregnant women.
2. We are so excited about our Bryce/Zion National Parks Hiking & Yoga Retreat. (No camping.) Please read all about it on our website (Seminars page). Only 10 participants.
3. Got yoga? Yes we do! At all times of the day, seven days a week. Please try different times, teachers, and intensities. Sometimes you need a gentle class, other times a more powerful class...mix it up.
4. There's no need to struggle with extraweight, lack of energy, allergy grief, menopause hot flashes, or achy muscles/joints! Set-up a free meeting with Daniel to discuss using Mannatech products to loseweight, feel stronger, etc. Daniel can be reached at 480-634-5289 or ShareItAll@aol.com. He's not pushy and he is very wise.
5. The hardest part of exercising is showing up for class! Don't talk yourself out of it! Once you are here, we'll make your workout safe and fun. We have the best teachers on the planet and classes all day long. You really really really have no excuses!

6. While we accept credit cards, we prefer cash or check. Unfortunately credit card transactions deduct three percent per sale. Our prices are the lowest possible and we want to keep it that way! Please help by paying with cash or check. Thanks friends!
7. Our beautiful tank tops, yoga wraps, yoga pants, and yoga capris are on our website. Please invite your out-of-state friends and family to view the most comfy, durable fitness clothes at low prices.
8. Drinking more water, "walking out" any muscle discomfort, and taking "Bounce Back" daily are the best ways to show gratitude to your muscles after a workout. This is especially important when you are taking a new class and/or increasing your frequency at Joyful Yoga.

11. Healthy tip: Keep your fitness bag ready-to-go in your car. Make sure your yoga mat is not receiving sunlight.
