Sunrise Yoga with Sara Chesterfield

Designed exclusively for early mornings! Practice begins with warming stretches in preparation for a series of flowing standing poses that will soothe the soul! Your body and mind will feel open and balanced! Students of all levels welcome!
Faith Flow (Stretch and Flow) Yoga with Dawn Hopkins
Monday evenings 7:50 to 8:50pm
Friday mornings 8:00 to 9:00am
This is an all-levels faith-based “Yin-Yang” style slow flow class. It is a slower paced class, providing opportunities for deep stretching combined with periods of gentle movement and flow (vinyasa). It is designed to open up the deeper tissues, restore range of movement, and improve the flow of vital energy to every system of the body. Biblical/scriptural messaging and inspirational music is incorporated for an uplifting yoga experience. This class is appropriate for all levels.
Roll, Realign and Restore with Sara Chesterfield
Thursday nights 7:15 to 8:15pm
Incorporate foam rollers, Yoga Tune Up balls, straps and a few other props into your practice. Focus of this class is to roll out stress and tension from the shoulders, hips, upper and lower back leaving you restored and ready for anything. This class is designed for anyone with tight hips, shoulders or upper/lower back discomfort. Regular practice will help your flexibility and mobility. A wonderful compliment to your yoga, Pilates, barre, Pound, Buti classes. It will also assist with your everyday movement.
Pre-Post Natal Yoga with Sarah Bogle
Saturday mornings 8:00 to 9:00am
(Post Natal clients can bring their baby as long as they are not crawling yet!)
Yoga is an excellent way to help you through the challenges of a changing body as well as reducing stress and learning breathing techniques and helps with the stress of parenting once the baby arrives!
Pilates Stretch and Strengthen with Kimra Zadik and Melissa Butters

Start your week refreshed and centered Monday mornings with Kimra Zadik. A total body workout for men and women. Engage your body and leave feeling revived. This class will give you the stretch benefits of yoga and strength benefits of weight training. All levels are welcome.
Yin Delight and Reiki with Anita Sykes
Tuesdays 7:50pm to 8:50pm
Fridays 11:30am to 12:45pm
Yin Yoga and Reiki are a blissful pairing! This is a a deeply nourishing practice for your whole system. This Yin Yoga practice is restorative in style, using props and is gentle with longer held stretching poses to assist in opening up energy pathways in the body, accessing the meridians and deep fascia tissue. You will improve range of motion and flexibility while turning on the parasympathic system to allow your body to rest and restore. While you breath into your Yin poses the instructor applies Reiki using a gentle touch. Reiki is a spiritual healing art, a practice of transmitting healing energy through the hands to enhance well being, balancing the body’s natural flow of energy engaging the body’s self-healing. A blissful pairing of both practices.

DNA is a trio that was created with the concept of playing organic sounds for healing as well as movement. Featuring a heavy low-end from the didgeridoo and lively percussive rhythms for dancing and movement, plus Native American flute for the high end and the etheric. Together they create a sacred sound with the intention of channeling Light into Sound to affect the listener on a cellular level.

Ayurveda (‘Life Knowledge’) is often referred to as the ‘sister science’ to Yoga. In this workshop you will learn the ancient, and amazingly effective, Ayurveda approach to creating daily routines that include proper food choices, yoga postures (asanas), and breathing exercises (pranayama). Balance your mind and body with time tested practices that can improve digestion, sleep, energy and your ability to manage stress as we move into the fall season.
