Yoga 101, Starts January 15th, Sundays 1:15 to 2:30pm

Begin your yoga journey here and discover the joys & benefits of yoga! Learn basic breathing techniques, postures & proper alignment as well as yoga philosophy in a relaxed, non-competitive environment. Recommended for students new to yoga and returning students wishing to refresh their understanding of the core basics of alignment. Everyone is invited to participate! The cost for this 6-week series is $75. Each class is 75 minutes. Pre-registration is required.

Chakra Healing with Kundalini Yoga and the Gong, Starts January 22nd, Sundays 3:00 to 4:15pm

Join us for a powerful 7 week series in learning about the seven major chakras (energy centers) and experiencing Kundalini Yoga and Gong meditation to purify, strengthen and heal these energy centers. Each week we will be using specific breathing techniques, mantras, kriyas (movements), and meditations (4 weeks include gong meditations) to clear physical and energetic blockages affecting the chakras. Yoga Nidra with Mary, February 11th, Saturday 11:30 to 1:00pm

Join us for a 60 minute Yoga Nidra practice that can lead to inner freedom and deep relaxation. A guided meditation designed to help participants reconnect to their deepest inner self. Manifest success in your life! Class will start with a gentle yoga practice in preparation for the Yoga Nidra practice. No prior yoga experience necessary. Open to all fitness levels! Valentines Day Week Partner Yoga and Tai Chi, February 18th, Saturday 2:00 to 4:00pm

Explore a unique and fun Partner Yoga & Tai Chi practice in a supportive and relaxed atmosphere! Poses are designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, trust, and communication between partners. Tai Chi will focus on pressure points and the flow of chi thatwill leave you relaxed and revitalized while enhancing the caring relationship between partners. Followed by a calming meditation to bring it all into balance. Appropriate for students of all levels from beginners to advanced. Partners do not need to be at the same skill level. Partner yoga can be practiced between friends, family members, coworkers, and couples. So grab a partner and be prepared to laugh and enjoy one another throughout this amazing yoga practice! The only thing you need to bring is a smile and an open mind. Early Registration: $25/individual; $45/partners, Day of Event: $30/individual; $50/partners (Early registration ends February 16)
