Shift your perspective and float your practice…move your yoga practice from a mat to a paddleboard! Clear your energy, get outside and connect with nature.
This will be like a mini yoga retreat, 3 hours of Spring fun on Canyon Lake at Boulder Rec Area. We will start with the basics of paddleboarding and safety. If you are a beginner you will learn basic strokes and how to maneuver the paddleboard on the lake. Boulder Recreational Area is a protected cover. After paddling we will have a 45 minute yoga practice on our paddleboards which will include a 10 min floating savasana!

We will float down the Salt River to Granite Reef where we will anchor for a morning yoga practice on our boards. Register
