Pre-Post Natal Yoga with Sarah Bogle

Yoga is an excellent way to help you through the challenges of a changing body as well as reducing stress and learning breathing techniques and helps with the stress of parenting once the baby arrives!

Pilates Stretch and Strengthen with Kimra Zadik and Melissa Butters
Monday and Wednesday Mornings 8:45am to 9:45am

Start your week refreshed and centered Monday mornings with Kimra Zadik. A total body workout for men and women. Engage your body and leave feeling revived. This class will give you the stretch benefits of yoga and strength benefits of weight training. All levels are welcome.

Yin Delight and Reiki with Anita Sykes
Tuesdays 7:50pm to 9:15pm
Fridays 11:30am to 12:45pm

Yin Yoga and Reiki are a blissful pairing! This is a a deeply nourishing practice for your whole system. This Yin Yoga practice is restorative in style, using props and is gentle with longer held stretching poses to assist in opening up energy pathways in the body, accessing the meridians and deep fascia tissue. You will improve range of motion and flexibility while turning on the parasympathic system to allow your body to rest and restore. While you breath into your Yin poses the instructor applies Reiki using a gentle touch. Reiki is a spiritual healing art, a practice of transmitting healing energy through the hands to enhance well being, balancing the body’s natural flow of energy engaging the body’s self-healing. A blissful pairing of both practices.

Join us at our new location on the front patio as the full moon rises with gong and bowls that will include a special ceremony for releasing what no longer serves us and planting seeds of intentions. We will double up our mats for comfort on the bricks!

SUP Yoga on the Lower Salt River with Tracy Buresh, ACA Certified SUP Yoga Instructor

We will ELEVATE our yoga practice by taking it to open water! The focus of this Joyful SUP Yoga session with Tracy will be to challenge our balance and realize the importance of alignment and engaging our core while stimulating our senses as we take in the scenic Lower Salt River at Granite Reef, and possibly even get the opportunity to share our practice with wild horses! 

We will have 2 hours on the river to review and practice efficient paddle techniques for both beginners and experienced paddlers alike, paddling upstream, followed by 45 minutes of SUP Yoga. This will be a more personal experience since the outing is limited to 8, you will have opportunity for one-on-one time with Tracy.

Meet at NoSnow Paddleboard rental shop (Thomas and Power) by 6:30am, from there you will have the option to carpool to Granite Reef. Get on water by 7:30am. **Bring $8 cash for Tonto Pass** Back at NoSnow shop by 10:30.

Ayurveda (‘Life Knowledge’) is often referred to as the ‘sister science’ to Yoga. In this workshop you will learn the ancient, and amazingly effective, Ayurveda approach to creating daily routines that include proper food choices, yoga postures (asanas), and breathing exercises (pranayama). Balance your mind and body with time tested practices that can improve digestion, sleep, energy and your ability to manage stress as we move into the summer season.
***I will include an introduction to Ayurveda in the beginning if you are totally new to this! If you are familiar with the doshas and would like to skip that part, join us at 1:00.
