Yoga 101 - Intro to Yoga, 2 Sessions: Starts February 21′st, Tuesday’s 7:30 to 8:45pm or March 18th, Sunday’s 1:15 to 2:30pm

Begin your yoga journey here and discover the joys & benefits of yoga! Learn basic breathing techniques, postures & proper alignment as well as yoga philosophy in a relaxed, non-competitive environment. Recommended for students new to yoga and returning students wishing to refresh their understanding of the core basics of alignment. Everyone is invited to participate! The cost for this 6-week series is $75. Each class is 75 minutes. Pre-registration is required.
