Unlock the wonders of Meditation with this 2 part workshop with Charla Lewis, Charla’s bio. Do you think meditation is complicated and only reserved for the most advanced yogis? Come and learn how simple techniques can help you to transform your thoughts and daily patterns.
Part 1: Will introduce meditation as a part of your daily life. Learn how mediation can begin to transform your thoughts, the benefits of meditation and the different styles and types to personalize your practice. We will explore how easy it is for everyone!
During the 2 weeks, you will use the various techniques presented to practice to see what works for you.
Part 2: Will allow for refinement of your new tools, answer any questions, and end with a guided meditation.
Both sessions will include a gentle yoga practice. Bring a small notebook, and your yoga mat. Handouts will be included.
