First Responders (EMT’s, Firefighters, Police) Single class $8; Monthly $50
If you are attending Yoga Classes:
Bring your own mat. We have loaner mats and yoga props available for your use, wear comfortable clothes suited for gentle to vigorous exercise and you are all set. Yoga practice is done barefoot.
If you are attending Zumba, Pilates and Barre:
We have the equipment, just come in your favorite exercise clothes and join the Fun!
For a Zumba class, here are recommended criteria on the best shoes to wear: Breathable; Light weight; Ample room for your toes. Zumba fitness dance moves will have you up on your toes so you’ll need enough room in your shoes to accommodate your toes stretching out; Good stability, wide soles prevent your feet from rolling over during slides, turns and jumps, and soles should provide freedom of movement.
Pilates, Barre and Pound, bring your mat, exercise is done barefoot.
Private Lessons or One-On-One Training?
Just let us know what class, routine or practice, you would like private lessons on, we are here to help you. With in-house, bar mounts for barre, large practice studio and all the props you need.
