Be prepared to bliss out! Deepen and expand your yoga journey with just a few powerful healing drops and experience their incredible therapeutic effects. Essential oils, like yoga, are both simple and complex…a single oil can be used for a specific intended purpose, yet that same oil can also address multiple aspects of healing the body, mind and spirit. By incorporating therapeutic grade oils into our practice we harmonize with the earth element of plants and their powerful healing energies.
This workshop will pair 5 essential oils (Rosemary, Lemon, Wild Orange, Sandlewood, Ginger) with a yoga practice that correlates with the month of November, a time of Radical Gratitude, see the gift in our obstacles as we begin to transition further into fall and near the holiday season. The yoga focus will be on the heart chakra and poses that support and open the energy of the heart, a place of love, openness and appreciation. We will close the practice with your choice of a 10 mins. relaxation pose or meditation.
You will take home up to 3 oil samples of your choice used in the workshop so you can practice using them on your own time. Handouts will be provided for each oil that will describe all the uses and benefits of it. There will be one give away. Anita’s bio
