Our Newest Classes

Monday Community Meditation, donation based and rotating teachers, Noon to 1:00pm. Proceeds will be donated to various non-profit organizations and the classes will be taught by rotating teachers. You will have a different experience with each class. The teacher will lead a meditative practice and offer a theme, students are welcome to come and practice their own meditation practices also. Bring what inspires you, carve out an hour out of your Monday to reconnect and transform your thoughts. 

Healing Bodies, Healing Minds Psoas Release followed by Yoga Nidra with Charla Lewis! Tuesday mornings 10:00 to 11:15am Release and receive, a wonderful combination of letting go to make room for the new. Release trapped negative energy within the body, reset old thinking patterns, disengage your conscious to engage your subconscious to actively begin transforming your life.

Cardio Vinyasa with Jenny Yingling, Mondays / 5:30 to 6:30pm An energizing class that will get your heart pumping and sweat glands releasing. A faster paced, strong level class. Be prepared for a safe yet challenging class that will focus on alignment while cultivating strength and balance, practice connecting asanas (poses) with the breath moving thru various fun and challenging vinyasas (flows). Be prepared to sweat!

Yin/Yang Detox Flow with Marie Siegfried, Thursdays / Noon to 1:00pm An energizing yin/yang flow class that will get your heart pumping. Marie will guide you thru a vinyasa (flow) sequence incorporating yin poses in between sequences that focus on detoxing the body and re balancing the nervous system. Practice twists, balancing poses and deep stretching with this class.

Weekend Barre Burn Saturdays mornings 10:00 to 11:00am and Sunday mornings 8:45 to 9:45am

yoga nidra Healing Bodies, Healing Minds with Yoga Nidra, “Yogi Sleep” on Tuesday evenings, 7:50 to 8:50pm If you haven’t been to a Yoga Nidra class this is a must! An essential way to rejuvenate your mind and body.  All traces of the day fade away, time stops, and stillness washes over you. This is Yoga Nidra! Class description

Healing Bodies, Healing Minds Release Yoga, Sundays 5:30 to 6:45pm Based on the TRE or Trauma Release Exercises developed by David Berceli, PhD, this class helps you to retrain your body to energetically release the little and big traumas of life held in our muscles.  Class description

Lunar Yoga Once a month we will be celebrating the Moon. Chandra Namaskar, or Moon Salutation. Unlike it’s heat building counter part Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation, Chandra Namaskar is a quieting sequence that invites you to bow to and cultivate the moon’s soothing lunar energy. Monday’s a Community Meditation class, donation based, Noon to 1:00pm.  Come regroup and meditate.

Free Yoga classes for the Veterans of our armed services. In support of the United States military and its veterans, we offer all of our scheduled yoga classes at no charge. Thank you for all that you do for our country!
