Jennie has been practicing Yoga and Pilates for the last 20 years and teaching it for the past 10. Jennie holds multiple certifications. Shortly after completing her yoga certification she enrolled in a Pilates workshop and obtained her certification in Pilates. Yoga and Pilates are the perfect compliment to each other. She believes the two forms of exercise provide the perfect balance to a happier, healthier body and mind.

Ashley always knew that she wanted to be a Zumba instructor since her first class in 2009. It is such a great workout without the “work” feeling. Every class is so much fun! Previously she’s taken 2 years of salsa lessons, and 1 year of hip hop and 1 year of belly dance.

Kelly Jones is a certified personal trainer and health coach specializing in core strength and mat Pilates. After completing her Masters degree at Northern Arizona University, Kelly started her own personal training business and began working with clients and students who suffered from back, shoulder, and hip problems. If you sit for most of the day or suffer from postural discomfort, come try a mat Pilates class to alleviate your aches and strengthen your core! You can achieve a healthy body!

There are endless benefits expecting moms and growing babies will gain coming to the mat. During a time of transition or uncertainty promote mental and physical well-being and balance in this class. Learn how to breathe, move and relax during this time to help you set the foundations for decades of mothering. The focus will be to promote ease, and a happy space for mama and baby thru healthy breathing, spine alignment, hip opening postures to prepare the body for birthing and gentle flow movements that will help release physical and mental tension, strong standing poses will promote overall strength and grounding. The purpose of HOLYfit yoga is to deepen your walk with the Lord. It allows you to be still and quiet in order to hear God’s voice. The purpose is the same, moving your body and practicing yoga while worshiping the creator at the same time, trading Amen instead of Namaste. Yin/Yang style class open to All Levels.

Energize Yoga, Mondays & Wednesday afternoons / 3:30 to 4:30pm
Wake up the circulatory system and boost vitality. When we sit throughout the day the energy in the spine gets stuck and becomes stagnant. This practice will include poses that elongate the spine, and energize the nervous system. A combination of active flowing standing poses and simple back bends to invigorate the body and mind and bring more emphasis to the heart and open up the chest muscles, which opens up the body. Great mid-afternoon recharge for all levels. Basic yoga experience is recommended.
Rise and Shine, Wednesday and Friday / 5:30 to 6:30am
Start your day on the right note. Establish a strong foundation and energize with a self-challenging practice to prepare you for your day off the mat. Move through a series of postures to increase flexibility, balance and all-day energy. Students of all levels welcome.

Healing Bodies, Healing Minds Release Yoga on Wednesday mornings / 8:30 to 9:45am
Release and lengthen your psoas. Dealing with your psoas should be a primary concern for EVERY BODY, whether a champion athlete or unable to move due to chronic back pain.

In support of the United States military and its veterans, we offer all of our regular classes at no charge to the Veterans of our armed services. Thank you for all that you do for our country!
