Community Vipassana Meditation on Sundays at 11:30 am and Monday Community Meditation, donation based, Noon to 1:00pm. Proceeds will be donated to various non-profit organizations and the classes will be led by rotating teachers. You will have a different experience with each class. The teacher will lead a meditative practice and offer a theme, students are welcome to come and practice their own meditation practices also. Bring what inspires you, carve out an hour out of your Sunday or Monday to reconnect and transform your thoughts.
